Double award for screen for coarse elements
13.04.2023During the award ceremony, the mobile screen for coarse elements MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO from Kleemann received not just one, but two of the coveted design awards. Well-thought-out design, flexible options – the new plant impresses not only users, but also the design award jury members.

With the development of the new generation of screening plants, Kleemann consciously placed the focus on the user perspective. The plant is characterised both by its technical highlights, such as the numerous conversion options, and its high material flow. Its operation has also been optimised, it has a user-friendly maintenance concept and an ergonomic design. Thanks to the compact and clearly arranged single-piece construction, the MSS 802(i) EVO is easy to transport. Operation is intuitive, all relevant functions can be operated from a safe distance, which offers increased work safety.

Kleemann Screening plant among the winners of the German Design Award
The prestigious German Design Award is awarded every year by the German Design Council. Founded in 1953 on the initiative of the German Federal Parliament as a foundation, it supports the economy by creating brand added-value through design. In 2023, the screen for coarse elements impressed the jury with its well-thought-out overall concept. The justification was as follows: "The MOBISCREEN MSS 802(i) EVO is designed for uncompromising output, performance and flexibility, which is expressed in a comprehensible manner functionally and formally by its manifestly well-thought-out design concept."

Already at the end of 2022, the screening plant landed another design prize: The Good Design Award. Every year this prize is awarded to the most innovative industrial, product and graphic designs from all over the world. The jury based their decision on the following: "The characteristic design of the plant picks up elements of the existing Kleemann design and develops them further. The plant demonstrates performance and reliability together with state-of-the-art technology. This makes it recognisable as a complete plant Kleemann at the first glance and creates a high-value overall picture of the brand Kleemann that sets itself apart from the competition."
