Kleemann extends its product portfolio with the first PRO line screening plant
The new MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO screening plant from Kleemann excels with its high performance, user-friendliness and excellent ergonomics. Thanks to the optional dual-power drive, the machine can also be operated 100% electrically – adding to its outstanding sustainability.

Robust, powerful, and flexible in application
With the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, Kleemann is expanding its portfolio of mobile screening plants beyond the established MOBISCREEN MSS 802 EVO. Thanks to its robust design, high-capacity feed hopper and screening box of 11.2 m², the plant can achieve an impressive feed capacity of up to 750 t/h.
The infinitely variable adjustment of all conveyor speeds and easy conversion from two to three end products ensure a high degree of flexibility in use. The large setting range of the screening box angle (12.5 – 17.0°) enables high screening performance while maintaining excellent product quality. A wide selection of screen media facilitates efficient use of the plants. Whether finger screens for clay excavations or square mesh for classifying decorative chippings, the MOBISCREEN 1102 PRO’s screen decks can be equipped to suit specific applications. A mixed configuration of the screen decks is also possible. All in all, the new plant offers a wide range of configuration options to deliver impressive results – either as a standalone unit or in combination with other Kleemann machines.
Ease of use for safe, reliable operation
The MSS 1102 PRO’s intuitive plant control reduces the risk of operating errors and saves onboarding time. Furthermore, all relevant functions can be operated from a safe distance, enhancing work safety. The optional SPECTIVE remote control makes operating the screening plant even easier: in addition to the travel function, it can be used to control of all the plant’s set-up functions. It also enables convenient speed adjustment of the hopper discharge conveyor and the activation of additional functions, such as the water spraying system.

With this digital application, the operator can receive all relevant data such as RPM, consumption values and fill levels directly on their smartphone. Using stockpile monitoring, the current status of material piles can be displayed as well. When a predefined threshold is reached, the operator receives a notification that the stockpile should be cleared promptly. This simplifies work while increasing productivity.
Excellent accessibility for enhanced user-friendliness
Regular maintenance is essential for long machine life and consistently reliable production. To carry out maintenance tasks efficiently, the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO features easy access to all maintenance-related components and lubrication points, as well as intelligent cleaning solutions. The screening media are also easily accessible and quick to replace via extra-wide working platforms and a horizontally adjustable screening box. Easily accessible tank fillers on both sides of the plant ensure smooth refuelling, even if one side may be more difficult to reach due to a ramp or stockpile.
Electro-hydraulic dual-power drive
Sustainability plays an important role in all Kleemann plants. In the case of the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, this is reflected in the option of an electro-hydraulic dual-power drive for locally emission-free operation – as the machine can be operated 100% electrically. When operated by diesel, a power-dependent fan reduces noise levels and diesel consumption. The water spraying system on the discharge conveyors significantly reduces dust emissions during operation, thereby improving working conditions for the machine operator and increasing acceptance among local residents.
