12.08.2013 / Change in the management of ITE GmbH
Frank Schwarzer is retiring from the management and , with immediate effect, Dr. Manfred Fleißner is the new Managing Director of ITE GmbH.
At the same time Dr. Fleißner is also Managing Director of the Dresden-based Medesa Technology GmbH, which is a subsidiary of ITE GmbH that has been dealing successfully with the plant construction of ITE products for some time. The management was changed by mutual agreement and is part of a strategically planned restructuring measure, which will have a positive effect on the further development of both companies. Frank Schwarzer will remain associated with the company and will continue to contribute his experience gained with applications and markets to the group of companies. He will be available as the contact person also in the future.
