ITE on course for a successful future

Since its foundation not quite three years ago, ITE GmbH, the specialist for system solutions for solid-liquid separation, has been heading for success. Amongst other things, they are focussing on fine screening and centrifugal technology. With effect from 01.12.2010 they moved to a new site at Wesel on the Lower Rhine. The new location is the former area of the Flender AG, which will be used jointly with Stahlcom GmbH. An area of 40000 m² will be available for the use of both companies. ITE and Stahlcom already cooperated successfully in the past. The available synergies can now be used optimally at the shared location.

At the same time it was possible to sign new contracts with new investors. A group of investors from the area of the Frankenthal-based KSB AG acquired shares in ITE GmbH. KSB is a leading supplier of pumps and fittings worldwide. Since the topic “environment and water treatment” will become more and more the focus of public attention in the opinion of Frank Schwarzer, the managing director of ITE, attractive future markets will be emerging. The goal of the investment is to jointly develop and further expand the business line “industrial applications/sludge treatment/water treatment/environmental engineering”.
