B+W Bottrop has been offering consistent solutions for the bulk solids industry for 27 years. Effective systems have been developed since 1997 with the NALTEC, MATAKT and FLAER product lines. These solve problems in bulk material handling with water mist or water sprinkling as well as air blasts and conveyor belt scrapers.

Whether it is dust binding or cooling, the elimination of caking and discharge problems in silos or the cleaning of conveyor belts: B+W systems use innovative technology to achieve the best results for these applications. Further applications can be found with the NALTEC irrigation systems. Here, stockpiles, roadways and sports fields through to green spaces and gardens are supplied with the required quantities of water. As specialists in the utilisation of water and air, active environmental protection and occupational safety are practised. The systems are used worldwide and are recognised as “Made in Germany”.

Customised designs, tailored to local conditions, play a key role in business success. In order to utilise surface and process water as a spraying medium, water treatment systems are increasingly being planned and supplied in addition to the system planning. This saves the expensive resource of drinking water.

Manufactured as compact units with control cabinet, pump and nozzle system, also with adjustable fan depending on the application, the system can be used in mobile, semi-mobile or self-sufficient versions with their own water tank and power generator. If the NALTEC system is integrated into existing production facilities, automatic operation can be realised by the process control system.
