Efficient screen surfaces

Screen surfaces from Schenck Process are used for the required classification of materials from the rock and associated products industry as well as from the steel industry. In addition to manufacturing facilities in Australia, Brazil and China, screen surfaces are also produced in Germany. The decision regarding which surface will be used for which screening machine depends on the individual requirement of the customer.Schenck Process supplies system surfaces of highly wear-resistant polyurethane with a Shore hardness of 55 to 90 Shore A (Fig.). The units are manufactured individually and mechanical remachining ensures an optimum accuracy of fit. Depending on the requirement of the customer, these system surfaces are available of various wear-resistant materials in a screen frame of polyurethane. Schenck Process have their own test center for vibration technology in Darmstadt to further perfect even fully developed equipment. Materials and prototype tests have been carried out there for optimally adjusted screening processes since January 2012.
