Maximum flexibility
For over 10 years the processing of building material debris has been an important area of activities at Rössner Bau GmbH. Up to now they have rented crushing plants to carry out such orders. During this year’s bauma the owner of the firm decided to buy a Rockster impact crushing plant R900 thus optimally upgrading the modern equipment of the company and maximizing the flexibility and efficiency of the recycling process. In particular, the various adjustment possibilities due to the two individually adjustable impact jaws in combination with the crusher speed were a strong argument in favour of the purchase. In addition to that, the fully hydraulic concept of the system was a deciding factor for the purchasing decision. Future maintenance and possible repair work can be carried out by the own team. The Rockster plant has been in use continuously since 07.10.2010, for the time being at the earthwork and demolition company Buhl in Nuremberg (Fig.). In combination with a screening plant the Rockster impact mill is used for recycling material. The product is mainly required in road construction and as filling material for excavations.
