MESDA-ES jaw crusher with optimized gap adjustment

“Users report a significant increase in production output and improved grain quality when using the J10H in our new machine configuration,” says Enrico Kallmeyer, Managing Director of MESDA Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG. “The main advantage lies in the ability to adjust the gap precisely and without negative effects on the excellent crushing chamber kinematics.” The parallel displacement of the plates enables an even distribution of forces and improves the geometry, which ensures consistently high quality – even with difficult materials such as slag or very tough hard rock such as gneiss or basalt.

The jaw crusher is also energy-efficient thanks to the use of a diesel-electric hybrid drive. This allows the connection of additional electrically driven auxiliary equipment via the crusher’s power generator. This could be a secondary screening unit or a lightweight material separator, for example. It is also possible to connect a stockpile conveyor or an electric tool, which further reduces diesel consumption and overall operating costs. Fully electric operation using an external power source is also possible as an option. In this case, the J10H operates almost emission-free and is insensitive to dust. This makes it ideal for working in enclosed buildings or for particularly environmentally conscious applications.
“Our mobile ES jaw crusher was specially developed to meet the high requirements of demanding customers and has a motor output of more than 350 kW. At the same time, the modular design of the machine ensures easy operation and maintenance,” emphasizes Kallmeyer.
