The BEUMER Group is a maker of overland conveyors and pipe conveyors for transporting various bulk materials over long distances and often rough and impassable terrain. Routes can be adapted to the respective task and topography, thanks to the conveyors’ large inclination angles and tight curve radii.
High-performance belt bucket elevators are used for vertical transport of material. Conveying heights of up to 200 m are possible. Special high-performance belts and belt-friendly devices ensure a long service life and high availability.
The BEUMER Group also supplies complete packaging lines and matches them individually to the users’ products. Among these are the highly efficient BEUMER fillpac FFS (form-fill-seal system) for the chemical and petrochemical industry. The system forms up to 2800 bags per hour from prefabricated PE hood films and fills them with material.
Depending on the container involved, the BEUMER Group also offers various palletizing solutions. The robust BEUMER paletpac high-performance palletizer for bagged bulk material has now been completely overhauled. With the new modular design, the same or similar components and modules are installed in all systems, and an identical design is implemented wherever feasible. In addition, each unit consists of fewer components. This reduces the number of spare parts and speeds up delivery times. The modules are individually assembled for each customer, internally tested and installed on the customer’s site. This approach saves both time and money.
The BEUMER Group supplies the space-saving BEUMER robotpac articulated robot to palletize products in special bags, drums, canisters, cartons and buckets. The containers, precisely stacked on pallets, can then be conveyed to the downstream packaging system – the BEUMER stretch hood. The hood is also manufactured in a modular design, so it offers the same advantages as the BEUMER paletpac. The BEUMER stretch hood covers the palletized goods with a highly elastic film. The film safely protects the goods from environmental influences such as sun, dirt and moisture during handling and outdoor storage. Insects and thieves are also kept away.
Digitalization is unavoidable if the performance of the machines is to be sustainably increased. With the support of data analysis, for example, large amounts of data can be collected and evaluated in a targeted manner, discovering potential for system optimization. The information obtained helps users to continuously improve operation, with a positive effect on life cycle costs.

BEUMER sends localized technicians to customers worldwide to support operators and prevent longer downtimes. In addition to its service technicians, BEUMER Customer Support offers competent telephone support for troubleshooting with its hotline, which is available 24/7, every day of the year. It also offers BEUMER Smart Glasses for remote service. They enable BEUMER’s customer support technicians to look over the shoulder of the customer’s service technician and solve the problem without time-consuming journeys and high additional costs.
