dsb innocrush conquers the north of Germany. Recently a compact and extremely efficient innocrush 35 was delivered to the Nindorf-based company Hansen Transport und Handels GmbH (Fig.). The company was founded more than sixty years ago and is currently successfully managed by Bahne and Andreas Hansen. As a medium-sized business Hansen offers a wide range in the fields of civil engineering, canal construction and environmental protection from the Danish border up to the southern outskirts of Hamburg. They offer services, such as earthworks, roadworks, demolition, crushing and screening work and many more. A qualified and committed staff as well as sophisticated machinery and equipment are available for targeted, professional and punctual project management.
The company needs a strong partner for the orders received. “With dsb innocrush we have found such a partner. They are extremely competent, customer-oriented and have a unique machine. The innocrush 35 features an enormous throughput, a high-quality design and nevertheless can be easily operated. There are no unnecessary electronic options, which nobody needs anyway”, commented Bahne Hansen. The innocrush 35 can be easily handled with its compact dimensions and a total weight of 35.5 t. The system driven by a CAT C11 motor with 287 kW impresses with a high crushing capacity of up to 350 t/h. There are no unnecessary extras with the dsb innocrush systems. Nevertheless there are standard options involved, such as the lowerable main discharge belt, the hydraulically hinged motor package, remote control, metal separator, dust suppression system and the lateral discharge belt.
