Crusher for extremely abrasive material
The new jaw crusher INNOCRUSH 40j including the Quattro system is distinguished by its extremely compact design and simple operation (Fig.). Highest performance is combined with quality and ruggedness in this unit. The output amounts to up to 330 t/h and, consequently, this is a solid and economic solution. From now on dsb innocrush offers an optimum crusher also for those customers who have to crush extremely abrasive material or hard rock. The INNOCRUSH 40 j is also very appropriate as a primary crusher with a large final grain size.
The plant of 11.56 m length, 2.55 m width and a weight of 39.8 t is driven by a CAT C11 with 287 kW. The standard unit is equipped with the hydraulically lowering main discharge belt, the lateral discharge belt, the hydraulically driven vibrating feeder including integrated primary screen, the metal separator (magnetic belt), the water sprinkler system and the radio control system.
