In addition to the premium product screening machines, many customers at home and abroad have also expanded or modernised their processing plant with log washers, feeder channels, sand traps and bucket wheels from WIMA. Various steel and sheet metal constructions round off the product portfolio.

Since the beginning of 2020, WIMA has also been devoting itself more and more to the topic of recycling and offers solutions for this in the sector of water-based separation technology. Machines of the type HDS-S or HDS-M use this process to efficiently separate both impurities from mixed construction waste and stones from compost or biomass. An Australian customer has already been impressed by this technology. However, the main product will remain the screening machine, which is designed as a conventional circular and linear vibrator or, in special applications, as an elliptical vibrator.

WIMA has made a name for itself in the field of replacement machines in an existing steel structure. The structure often does not allow standard machines to be fitted without major conversion work. Here WIMA offers tailor-made solutions from the measurement to the final assembly. A team of experienced service technicians takes care of assembly and commissioning, as well as maintenance and repairs if necessary.
