SOLIDS Russia 2017 with new date and Moscow as new location
Following the successful second edition of the SOLIDS Russia with an increase in visitor numbers of 71 %, the date for the next event in spring 2017 has now been set. The 3rd Trade Show and Conference for granules, powder and bulk solids technologies will take place on June 6-7, 2017. The location is new: in 2017, Russia’s leading trade show for bulk solids technologies will be held on the central exhibition grounds of the “Expocentre” in Moscow. “We strive to better bring together technology providers and professional visitors from the Russian regions, such as the Volga region, South Russia, the Urals and Siberia, which are important for the bulk solids industry. Moscow really makes sense as a central meeting point for the whole Russian processing industry”, says Maria Soloveva, Project Manager SOLIDS Russia.
In the year to come, the focus of the trade show (Fig. 1) and conference (Fig. 2) held within the scope of the SOLIDS Russia 2017 will be on technologies for bulk solids treatment, processing, transport and storage. Decision makers from the chemical, food, pharma, plastics and metal industry as well as from agriculture, the construction, plant engineering and mining industry will find state-of-the-art products, inter alia, from the fields of conveying, weighing and mixing, filtering and crushing, dosing and metering of bulk solids of any kind. Solutions for storage, packaging and transport as well as safety and environmental issues complement the range of topics of the next event.
For Easyfairs as the organizer, St. Petersburg still remains an interesting venue, in particular with regard to the transport and storage of bulk solids. “We are planning to carry out several high-quality business events in Russia and to align the thematic focus to the respective location,” explains Daniel Eisele, Director responsible for the international bulk solids trade shows within the organizing company Easyfairs. “A symposium on the topic of Transport and Storage of Bulk Solids in St. Petersburg is currently in the planning phase.”
