Powerscreen Warrior 1800 replaces competition system
C. Christophel GmbH based in Lübeck has been supplying the necessary screening and conveying technology for many years, with one exception in 2016, when for price reasons a scalping screen was chosen from the competition. As this plant could not meet the desired requirements, it has now been replaced by a Powerscreen Warrior 1800.
The bulky plant has a steep-walled feed hopper with 7 m³ capacity, as well as rubber rollers and impact protection strips under the 1300 mm wide feed belt. The feed material is transferred directly to the double-deck heavy-duty screening box where it is separated into up to 3 fractions with individual screening tension. The extremely high amplitude of the box in combination with the multi-stage screening angle adjustment opens up a wide range of applications for the operator. Whether cohesive soils, coarse building rubble, gravel interspersed with clay, wood chips or free-flowing sand, the Warrior 1800 screens everything with high performance and sharp separation cut. The oversize fraction remains in a straight flow direction and is stockpiled via the rear belt with a 1200 mm wide cleat belt. The medium and fine grain fractions are dumped via the side belts with 900 mm wide belts mounted on the left and right of the plant. The plant is driven by a powerful CAT diesel engine with 98 kW and hydraulic components from renowned manufacturers.
