Mitas presented new ERL-50
to the ERL-50 EM tyre-family, the 23.5R25 ERL-50, which will be worldwide available as of the end of October (Fig.). ERL tyres have been designed for loaders, dozers and graders in the mining industry. The Mitas ERL-series comprises 12 tyre variants with profile depths from 28 to 90 mm. Moreover, Mitas showed a large range of EM-tyres.
The latest expansion of the ERL EM-tyre family is the 23.5R25 ERL-50. The tread of the ERL-50 is particularly cut- and abrasion-resistant. In order to improve the durability, Mitas has implemented modifications to the profile design as well as innovations in the all-steel construction of the radial ply tyre. The ERL/ERD-line consistently consists of radial ply tyres with steel-reinforced carcass and steel belt. Both lines are retreadable. Due to the different variants in profile and functionality, the tyres of this EM-series are suitable for various surfaces in the off-road area. Mitas ERL-tyres fit on loaders, dozers and graders, while the ERD-tyres are suitable for transport vehicles. They include dumpers (incl. articulated dumpers) and scrapers.
