Hagedorn extends equipment fleet with plants from Kleemann
The Thomas Hagedorn Group has extended its equipment fleet by two mobile impact crushers, and for the first time places its trust in products from Kleemann using the MOBIREX MR 130 Z EVO 2 (Fig.). In the future both plants will be used for the recycling of demolition waste.
In 2014 Kleemann launched the MOBIREX EVO 2 series. Thomas Hagedorn said: “Since the crushers from Kleemann had clearly been improved technically and because the possibility to transport them had been optimized, there was nothing to stop the purchase of two new impact crushing plants of the type MOBIREX MR 130 Z EVO 2.” Inter alia, the Gütersloh-based Werkstoffzentrum GmbH (GWG) and the Hagedorn GmbH are two companies belonging to the Hagedorn Group. The equipment fleet of the company comprises 85 large machines. About 200 000 t of demolition and recycling materials are crushed by GWG on an area of more than 50 000 m² per year. In future the MR 130 Z EVO 2 will be used for this purpose. To produce three classified final grain sizes, a screening plant is installed downstream of the impact crusher. The second MOBIREX series including classifying screening plant will first be used for the demolition of a hospital and will process the demolition waste to a final grain size from 0-45 mm.
