Crushing material for recycling

dsb innocrush recently supplied an INNOCRUSH 35 to Sasbach on the Franco-German border (Fig.). Amann GmbH is a family-run SME with clear-cut goals: high-quality work, integrated solutions and on-schedule processing of projects. The name Amann is widely known well beyond Breisgau for road construction, civil engineering, landscaping, sewer construction, but also for recycling and demolition work. Demolition and recycling demand perfect logistics, as well as state-of-the-art demolition and recycling equipment to realize projects in a very short time.

Separation of materials into unmixed fractions and the useful recycling of valuable resources are priorities at Amann, which has practised both for many years. For this purpose, robust and efficiently operating equipment is required. After Amann had taken a very close look at various machines, the company chose dsb innocrush. “I need machines that work reliably. The INNOCRUSH 35 is a crusher without any unnecessary extras. Here they’ve concentrated on what really matters. The most obvious thing was the above-average capacity of the crusher,” explains Managing Director Ferdinand Amann. “Other advantages of the machine are the main discharge belt that can be lowered, the good accessibility of all components, optimum ease of maintenance and, of course, the simple, but very well thought-out overall concept.”

The INNOCRUSH 35 is used primarily for crushing material for recycling and, with a total weight of 34.8 t, it delivers a substantial output rate up to 350 t/h. The crusher is driven by a powerful CAT C11 motor with 287 kW.
