Crushing and screening combination from Kleemann
Mobile building rubble and stone processing, demolition and earth moving are the specialities of Gunhild Glock Brechervermietung, a crusher hire company based in Büdingen, Hesse. With its over 25 years of experience in these fields, the company can offer its customers a wide range of stone processing and recycling machines. One of its latest projects is the crushing of limestone with a mobile impact crusher combined with a mobile three-deck screen from Kleemann.
“For this project I have specifically chosen to use the MR 110 ZS EVO and the MS 19 D (Fig. 1) from Kleemann as both machines are very efficient and work well together in combination,” explains company owner Ulrich Glock. “We produce four high-quality final grades in one work process,” Glock continues. For a feed material to max. 0-1000 mm, we obtain products in the sizes 0-2 mm, 2- 5 mm, 5-8 mm and 8-16 mm for further processing in asphalt or concrete mixing plants and in limestone mills for the production of separation lime. An average of up to 250-300 t/h product leave the four discharge belts of the MS 19 D, which must meet very high requirements on account of the small grain sizes.
Important for the quality of the product is very good pre-screening. This is where Glock sees one of the big advantages of the Kleemann crushers: “The extremely large area of the preliminary screen and its independent operation enables excellent screening off of the fines.” But the economic operation also impresses. With the material flow concept, the direct drive of the crusher and the electric drives of the feeders and belt conveyers, Kleemann’s Mobirex EVO generation boasts excellent performance in terms of wear and consumption.
The best machine technology is not enough, however, when the after-sales service does not pass muster. Here Wirtgen Windhagen, responsible for sales and service of the Kleemann products, can really score points. Ulrich Glock: “Not only the high-quality products, but also the fast and friendly handling of replacement part orders and service requests are a huge and very important plus these days.”
