An all-round success

The relocation of a gravel works owned by the Münchner Kiesunion (MKU) from its old site on Hollern Lake between Eching and Unterschleissheim near Munich to Eching Sued (Fig. 1) has been completed (see interview in AT ­MINERAL PROCESSING 04/2015, p. 30-42). The associated challenges were overcome by all involved flexibly, creatively and, as the concluding unanimous verdict attested, with great expertise and reliability in an excellent manner overall.
