Wichtige Verbesserungen im Detail: Der 660 l fassende Hydrauliktank (links) sitzt nun frei neben dem gleich großen Dieselreservoir und sorgt so für niedrigere Öltemperaturen. Die Hubvorrichtung des Hauptförderbandes ermöglicht große Magnetabstände für Recyclinganwendungen # Important improvements in details: the 660-litre hydraulic oil tank (left) is now separated from the diesel fuel tank of equal size, which decreases the oil temperature. The hydraulic raise and lower facility on the main conveyor provides increased clearance for the overband magnet in recycling applications

Summary: The Poysdorf-based company Poyss GesmbH received Austria’s first QJ 241, the new mobile jaw crusher from Sandvik in December 2011. The compact, high-capacity crusher delivers impressively as a flexible mobile unit at the company’s construction sites as well as in a stationary application at the certified Niederabsdorf recycling plant. The crusher’s success is also a valuable reference for Sandvik’s Austrian distribution partner, an independent company under the name BAG Klöch Aufbereitungstechnik since the beginning of 2012.

Established more than 80 years ago solely as a transportation company, Poyss GesmbH today offers a varied range of services in its home region of Lower Austria. Leopold Poyss, the third generation of the owner’s family, manages the company based in Poysdorf, some 60 km north-east of Vienna. The workforce totals around 40 to 50, depending on the season. The company has more than 30 vehicles for the transportation of building supplies and agricultural bulk materials as well as specialised vehicles for municipal waste disposal and street maintenance, but the focus is on...
