Multiple cut-points

HAVER NIAGARA M-Class®  – the HAVER & BOECKER solution

Summary

In mineral processing, the NIAGARA M-Class® takes up an intermediate position between a linear vibrating screen of conventional design and direct screen excitation. Thus, the NIAGARA M-Class® seamlessly fits into the HAVER fine-screening portfolio next to the proven NIAGARA Flat-Line® and Fine-Line® screening machines. The NIAGARA M-Class® is well suited for classifying and oversize particle removal, and has some outstanding references in the quartz sand industry and underground salt mining.

1 Fine and very fine screening

The NIAGARA M-Class® is a linear vibrating machine with multiple screening decks arranged one above the other, working according to the principle of a throw screening machine. The screening machine is designed for fine and very fine screening applications in mineral processing and is used when multiple cut-points on a small foot-print and high screening efficiencies or product yields are required. To minimize screen blinding, bouncing balls are used in combination with increased rotary speeds.
