Contract extended

The partners of the ALLGAIER Group have confirmed Helmar Assfalg as CEO for another five years. The partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ALLGAIER Werke GmbH, Prof. Dr. Dieter Hundt, and Helmar Assfalg have agreed an extension of Assfalg’s contract up to 30.06.2016. Assfalg has been a member of the ALLGAIER Werke GmbH management since 01.07.2007 and was appointed CEO as of 01.01.2008, after the former long-serving CEO, Prof. Dr. Hundt, took up his post on the Supervisory Board.
