Joint venture in India

The business line Process Technology of Allgaier Werke GmbH is expanding its international activities by entering into a joint venture in India. The Uhingen-based company now cooperates with the Calcutta-based company ICIL. Already for some time ICIL has been a licensee of Mogensen GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the Allgaier Group, and has been manufacturing Mogensen sizers for many years. Due to an agreement with Allgaier Werke GmbH, the new joint venture JV-Company IC-Mozer (India) Pvt. Ltd. has now been established. Based on this merger, the business development of the Allgaier Process Technology is to be strengthened in the Indian market by means of the local manufacture of drying systems. A corresponding contract was signed by both sides in Uhingen.
