Lead in recycling

The company Nägelebau, Röthis/Austria, offers services in the field of building construction and civil engineering, road and asphalt construction, raw material provision and building materials production as well as systems building construction. For some time now, the reuse of waste construction materials and even production waste have become more and more important. In cooperation with external authorized laboratories, high-quality recycling products, such as paving stones and masonry bricks, are being developed. The processed concrete and asphalt waste are also recycled to production. Recently, a Rockster impact crusher R900 has been in use for the environmentally friendly preparation of concrete, asphalt, limestone and other materials at the company. In combination with a screen box and a return belt conveyor, this crusher guarantees a high-quality product (Fig.). At present, the R900 is used for asphalt, concrete and limestone. For the most part, this is material from in-house projects and production debris. However, due to increasing inquiries in the region, Nägelebau also accepts materials from outside companies for preparation and recycling. The high-quality product from the Rockster plant is mainly used in in-house projects with the focus on road construction.
