chine engineering company TrennSo-Technik (TST) is a market leader in its sector. TST engineers equipment worldwide and individually adapts this to meet the needs of its customers. This equipment is used to separate and sort, for example, mineral substances such as ores or rocks as well as recycled materials in different forms up to the processing of foodstuff. In the ultramodern technology centre (Fig.), the technical feasibility of the targeted solutions is tested. The insights gained from these tests form the basis for the planning and engineering of customer-specific systems and guarantee the customer the security needed for optimum process technology operations as well as a highly functional and reliable concept.
The core components are screening technology, air sifters, density sorting systems and feeding and conveying systems. Typical units are separating tables, screens, vibrating screens, cross-flow air classifiers, zigzag classifiers, screw conveyors and metering vessels, which, de-pending on customer requirements can be supplied separately or combined in highly efficient modules. Every process is individually and perfectly tuned to the specific materials handled. In the continuously optimized dry separation process, bulk solids or products crushed to bulk solids are separated with up to 100 % purity. Here it doesn’t matter whether the throughput rate is just a few kilograms or several tonnes per hours. The sometimes turn-key installations also include the metering and conveying systems, aspiration systems, electrical and control systems as well as the assembly and commissioning of the equipment. If required, the equipment is supplied worldwide.
