Strong partner for the tough times too
Schladitz Aufbereitungstechnik in Duisburg/Germany offers a wide range of used machines as well as new machines. Independent of financing, in recent years the company has constantly increased its stock of crushers and screens. The company can demonstrate machines and offer a range of machines to optimally meet the requirements of customer applications. Customers can convince themselves of the machines’ quality and functionality, and they can also ascertain whether the equipment available really does represent the optimal solution for their customer-specific requirements. In some cases, up to 8 plants have been set up and demonstrated on the company’s 45 000 m² site in Wolmirstedt near Magdeburg. If requested, customers can supply their own material for crushing. Crucial to the sale of a machine is its condition. The machines are overhauled and maintained by the manufacturer and ready for immediate use. The staff ensure uncomplicated and simple processing of orders. They are experienced in processing export documents and arranging transport.
Surprising results were obtained, for example, with DBT impact roll crushers (Fig.), which are used to crush concrete railway sleepers and anode coal. For the concrete railway sleepers, the hourly crushing rate ranged between 240 and 270 sleepers. A final particle size from 0-160 mm and iron reinforcement with around 10 % concrete sticking to it were produced. The anode coal was crushed to a particle size of 0-300 mm, the percentage from 0-120 mm being under 10 %. The impact roll crushers have proven an outstanding tool for coarse and difficult-to-crush materials. Compared to a bucket crusher, which is often used for these applications otherwise, the impact roll crusher impresses thanks to its uncomplicated set-up and handling as well as the high capacity and final product.
For short-term orders, the company provide the customers with machines from the hire fleet. After the business side has been settled, the customer is instructed in the operation of the crusher and may then take it for use at his construction site. The average age of these machines is of one year. Many customers opt to buy the hired machine after they have had the opportunity to convince themselves of their reliability and easy operation.
