Mobile, compact and robust
At the beginning of January 2010, the re-engineered Innocrush 30 was handed over to Michetschläger, a company based in Eberstalzell (Fig.). The company had so far been operating a stationary plant at its ballast pit as well as a somewhat older mobile jaw crusher. Following the general trend towards mobile equipment, the Managing Director and owner Harald Schweinberger decided together with his brother Thomas to invest in an Innocrush 30 from dsb Maschinenbau GmbH. Thanks to the high capacity of the Innocrush 30 and its versatile range of application, both the old crushers could be replaced while the required volume of feed processed without any problem.
Key feature of the new Innocrush 30 is a longer main discharge belt. As a result, a throw-off height of 3.2 m is realized with this small and compact impact crusher. Despite the very high capacity in this class, the Innocrush 30 remains under 30 t total weight and, with its folded-up main discharge belt, it is still very compact for transport. The motor pack has also been reworked and optimized. Thanks to the hydraulically hinged motor housing, optimal access for easy maintenance is guaranteed. For Harald and Thomas Schweinberger, who maintain and repair their machines themselves, it was an easy decision: “We were convinced by the rugged design, without any complicated electronics, the solid construction with quality technical components as well as the outstanding capacity combined with unparalleled price-performance ratio,” explains Harald Schweinberger. All options such as radio remote control, side-discharge belt, magnetic belt and dust suppression system are already included in the basic crusher package.
The crusher is already used intensively in both asphalt and concrete recycling as well as in the processing of conglomerate rocks and granite. In concrete recycling, almost 200 t/h concrete is crushed, while for natural aggregates this rate is easily exceeded. Starting from particle sizes with up to 500 mm edge length, and sometimes larger, mainly the fractions 0–32 and 0–62 mm are produced. The machine is suitable for universal application and produces optimum cubic grain.
