bauma 2010 – Craco GmbH
Shortly after its introduction on the market, the high-performance maXforce teeth series developed by Craco has already firmly established itself on the market. For a complete series, however, the VIP and Double VIP models for use in rock were previously missing (Fig.). Teeth in this application range are exposed to very high loads. For that purpose, in the development of the Cat-J system, special importance was attached to good penetration with maximized durability and high breaking strength. The innovative alloying and the tempering process were specially adapted to this concept. Characteristic for the Craco maXforce teeth series is the reinforcement rib concept. Consequently, the tooth shape can be lengthened compared to comparable products. More wear material is available – with consistently good penetration. At the same time the ribs preserve the fracture resistance. Just in time for bauma 2010, Craco is supplying the new teeth in the sizes J300, J350 and J460.
