Company succession in SKM GmbH settled
Ownership of the Boxberg-based SKM GmbH has changed hands as of 1 August 2011. The new partners Kristin and Steffen Söll (Fig.) have acquired SKM GmbH from the previous sole proprietor Lothar Kubitz. With the transfer of the company management to the new partners, the transaction has been concluded. Lothar Kubitz will remain at the disposal of SKM as Senior Consultant.
