Screening of calcium carbonate for ZKW Otterbein
After RHEWUM had already obtained the order for the delivery of a high performance screening machine type WAU 175 x 269/2 in 2008, the Zement- und Kalkwerke Otterbein again placed an order for the manufacture and supply of two screening machines type WA 195 x 225/1 directly driven by magnetic vibrating heads.
The screening task is the classifying of calcium hydroxide with the brand name Hydradur® at a separation cut of 0.2 mm (micrometer). After several tests at RHEWUM’s testing facility with very good results, the ZWK Otterbein company was totally convinced by the chosen technology.
