MARTIN GmbH acquires Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH

As of 5th May 2023, MARTIN GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik acquired Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH (Loibl), a company based in Straubing, Lower Bavaria. With Loibl, the MARTIN group extends its portfolio by a manufacturer and supplier of conveyor systems and gains wide-ranging know-how of specific processes for numerous industry sectors. The company's acknowledged process knowledge makes Loibl a competent plant manufacturer for varied economic sectors and branches of industry.

Loibl was founded in Straubing in 1960 and is considered to be one of the leading global suppliers of tailor-made conveying solutions for all kinds of bulk material with specific expertise in and a particular focus on the energy sector.

Thanks to the company's deep manufacturing penetration, Loibl owns the entire production process and is hence in a position to develop products of highest quality, respond flexibly to requirements and supply reliably.
