Join #CECEatCONEXPO 2023, set for biggest show yet!
08.03.2023As in previous editions, CECE is attending CONEXPO-CON/AGG in force and representing European manufacturers in a very relevant market like the US. A number of CECE member associations are taking the lead with national pavilions and stands, supporting their own member companies as exhibitors at the Las Vegas convention center.

In addition, the CECE staff will be present and attending several meetings and events during the CONEXPO week. The CECE technical office will lead the CECE delegation of experts at the Joint Technical Liaison Meeting (JTLM), hosted by AEM during 3 days. The JTLM meets every year and gathers the regulatory and technical experts of the regional associations in the world representing construction equipment OEMs. The goal is to review and update each other on the regulatory landscape impacting manufacturing across the world.
On a parallel level, CECE Secretary General will represent the organisation at the International Associations Committee (IAC), hosted by AEM on the CONEXPO fairgrounds on Wednesday 15th March. Sustainability, workforce and the ratification of the MAC Protocol will be on the agenda for the industry associations of Europe, US, India, Japan, Korea and China to discuss in the multilateral spirit of the IAC.
Lastly, CECE member companies and associations will meet their global partners and counterparts at the Intercontinental Statistical Commission, which is due to discuss the progress in global statistical reporting for the machinery market.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG, already recognized as the largest trade show in North America, has officially sold all available exhibit space, guaranteeing the 2023 edition of the show will be the biggest in history. The show, now nearly 5 % bigger than the record set in 2020, will feature 1800 exhibitors and 175+ education sessions during its run from March 14 to 18, 2023. Construction pros are ready for the show to return as well. The current pace of attendee registration is nearly double what it was at this time for the 2020 show.
