Fabrizio Cepollina expands its leadership role in the construction machinery sector

Fabrizio Cepollina, who was appointed Head of Europe – Construction Equipment at global equipment manufacturer CNH in November 2024, is expanding his role. Mr Cepollina's new leadership area will now encompass Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) including Turkey and the CIS. This expanded leadership will strengthen synergies between the regions, benefiting our customers, dealers and partners. The appointment is effective from 1 January 2025..

With over 26 years of experience at CNH, Cepollina has held various leadership positions across the EMEA and APAC regions.

In addition to his new role, he will continue to serve as General Manager of CE Alliances, where he oversees global strategic initiatives for the business.

In his new position, Cepollina will focus on driving growth in the European construction equipment market, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. His leadership team will work closely with dealers and customers to accelerate business growth in the region, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
