Mark Fielder promoted to operations vice president

Mark Fielder has been promoted to operations vice president of FLSmidth’s recently formed Non-Ferrous Division. The division provides advanced minerals processing technologies, systems and solutions to the global mining industry. Fielder has worked in a number of senior operations positions in the mining and minerals processing, oil and gas and aerospace industries. Previously, he served as operations director and was responsible for the integration of several acquisitions. He has been employed by FLSmidth 18 years. As the operations vice president, Fielder will work out of the FLSmidth minerals technology center headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. He will be responsible for the processes and procedures that support the global execution of customer orders. Fielder is an engineering graduate of Guildford College of Technology in the UK.
