Disintegrator from Leiblein

If material lumps are blocking the feed or the crusher jaw due to their size, they are called blockers. Usually such blockers cause production interruptions because the following material is no longer conveyed into the crusher. Frequently the plant has to be shut down to eliminate the malfunction. The supply of downstream production units could be endangered and the profitability of the entire plant is reduced.

By using the disintegrator from Leiblein Mining blockers can be eliminated within a few minutes and the risk of injury can be reduced to a minimum. The kinematics and the operating range of the jib of the disintegrators are individually adjusted to the crushing plant and, depending on the structural conditions, can also be equipped with a telescopic arm and rotary actuators (Fig.). Depending on the material to be processed, hammers of different weight and the appropriate chisels are used. Disintegrators are used not only for the processing of natural stone, but also for concrete recycling. The unit is hydraulically controlled by means of radio control or cable remote control, or from a stationary desk. If necessary, an additional walkway can be installed to enable the operator to inspect the plant. The operator is at a safe location with an optimum view of the point of trouble and can control all functions of the disintegrator alone. Thus, blockers in the operating range from the crusher jaw to the material feed can be eliminated quickly and safely. Due to the time saved and the largely safe control by only one operator, the installation of a disintegrator from Leiblein Mining can already pay off for the entrepreneur within one year.
