Grantham Engineering Limited, the owner of Mogensen Raw Materials Handling, has appointed John Watson as Design Engineer to augment its already strong design team. The appointment is in response to increased business in the Mogensen Division, to which Mr Watson’s work will be primarily directed.
John Watson served an engineering apprenticeship within the defence industry, and has, after qualifying, gained over 20 years of broad experience in design, production engineering and manufacturing in the aerospace, automotive and agricultural engineering industries. His design work will predominantly make use of the Solidworks platform, and his background will greatly strengthen the Grantham company’s development of its manufacturing techniques, its response to market trends and its customer support service.
Mogensen serves a variety of industries which make use of screening, feeding and conveying technology; they include quarrying, mining, iron and steel, recycling, clay working, animal feeds and food processing.
