The screen type HSS800 is the latest development in the field of attachment screens from HARTL. Specially developed for skid steer, wheel loaders and tractors, it is easy, flexible, and fast to attach and transforms the respective carrier device to a mobile screening plant, which is mostly used for the screening of building debris or classification of aggregates. During the development, complex components were avoided and the sieving capacity was optimized to the maximum while at the same time minimizing the wear. The new HSS800 has a total weight of only 600 kg and a considerable screen area of 1.7 m². The screen baskets are made of HARDOX and the mesh widths can be selected according to customer demand and application requirements. Thus, one can counteract the rising landfill costs economically and separate the material immediately on site and reuse it.
