From 5 to 7 and the 11 to 15 September 2019 respectively, Allu Deutschland GmbH will present and demonstrate solutions from the range of Allu Transformers and associated equipment. Both exhibitions will enable visitors to see how Allu equipment helps to transform business operations through live demonstrations and at a model construction site.
The Allu Transformer Series is set to be the main focus of the Allu offering at the two leading German construction trade shows in September. This comprises of an excavator/ loader/ tractor mounted processing bucket which screens, pulverizes, aerates, blends, mixes, separates, even crushes, feeds and loads materials. This results in the feed material being effectively transformed into highly valuable products, making any business more efficient, and more profitable.
Live demonstrations
Whether recycling waste soil in road and civil engineering applications, soil stabilization, or for material processing in the demolition / recycling or industrial sectors, the Allu Transformer series has proved to be the right machine for every application. During the live demonstrations, which take place regularly at the Allu booths, visitors can see for themselves the performance of the innovative attachment technology in ‘real world’ work conditions. The second focus for Allu at the shows will be the automated construction site, as Allu attachments are highly efficient, optimize workflows and are environmentally friendly technology equipment; they reduce costs and at the same time improve efficiency.

Recycling instead of disposing
Recycling waste products to conserve resources and the environment is a major rationale of the Allu Group. The Transformer series transforms any material that can be sifted and sorted into valuable building material. For civil engineering, supply line construction, as well as in demolition and recycling, the highly mobile Allu transformers represent a cost effective alternative to large stationary plants, delivering high levels of efficiency, mobility, flexibility and multi functionality.
Fitted to a wheel loader or excavator (2 t – 160 t), an Allu DL, D or M series Transformer upgrades each carrier to be a mobile processing system. Thanks to the efficient operation, the hydraulic attachments perform all applications rationally and cost effectively, even on the toughest of construction sites. Thus Allu will be demonstrating its new TS blade structure with two fragment sizes, and a new blade thickness of 8mm, as well as the TS doubling / tripling new blade variations for combinations of between 8 mm right up to 105 mm.

New IoT solution
Allu will also be showing its new solution aimed at maximising customers’ investment – the ALLU-App. This mould breaking development is fully integrated with Allu’s portal providing information, contact and advice on everything that is relevant to the serial number of the attachment in the customer’s possession. The Allu Mobile Application provides an intelligent digital solution for customers and operators to obtain accurate and timely information regarding safe operations at jobsites, thereby maximizing the use of the Allu equipment. The ALLU-App accomplishes this whenever a mobile online service is available, through accessing information that is relevant to the serial number of the attachment.
The complete range of equipment to be shown at the German shows comprises of:
• Allu Transformer (DL, D and M-Series)
• Allu Compactor
• Allu PG45 pipe gripper
• Allu Driller
• Allu/ OilQuick quick-change systems.
