Designed to Protect What Matters to you – People, Product, Planet and Profits – our team of Sheltologists® create bespoke solutions specifically to cover your needs and site requirements.

We’ve been installing Zappshelter Aggregate Storage Bays all over the UK for companies like Tarmac and Breedon to get their aggregates undercover and out of the rain. This means they can reduce the drying needed, lowering costs and reducing the site emissions.

Why is keeping aggregates dry so important?

When processing aggregates, they need to have a certain moisture content – too high will jam up machinery and cause delays, and too low will create dust and harmful airborne pollution.

If the aggregates are kept out of the weather in the first place, then moisture control is much easier to manage and less fuel needs to be used in the drying stage – reducing emissions and costs, a real win-win!

Whether you need to get raw materials undercover, or you need an additional undercover workshop space, where your team can workout of the rain, Zappshelter is the solution for you.
