Emerson’s ASCO Series 353 solenoid pilot-operated diaphragm valve is specifically designed to deliver extremely fast pulsing in reverse-jet dust collector systems. With its high flow rates, higher peak pressure and the fastest response time on the market, it delivers optimal filter cleaning performance while using significantly less air. Optimized performance improves the overall efficiency of dust collectors while consuming less compressed air saves energy and improves sustainability. In addition to these benefits, the Series 353 also stands out for its long life and extended temperature performance range, reducing costs and unplanned downtime even in extreme climates. Even more, its patented Quick Mount Clamp connection makes installation and maintenance fast and easy.

Designed for high flow capacity dust collector applications, Emerson’s ASCO Series 355B Power Pulse tank system offers the highest peak pressure and flow performance in the market. A very high peak pressure optimizes the overall performance of dust collectors and significantly lowers compressed air consumption, which reduces energy use and emissions. The fully immersed valve system with durable, one-piece diaphragm design provides long operating life and a wide temperature performance range, reducing costs and unplanned downtime even in extreme conditions. With an aluminum profile and end covers, the tank system has CE approval according to Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and is available with ATEX approvals.

 

ASCO DPT Control System

Emerson’s ASCO DPT Control System optimizes the performance and improves the efficiency of filtration and dust collector systems by providing accurate and reliable low-level particulate monitoring (particles less than 1 mg/m³), early-warning leak detection, enhanced cleaning control and real-time diagnostics.
