Expressing enthusiasm about the partnership, Martin McWilliams, managing director of Duo Group, said: “Partnering with Telestack aligns with our history of reliable and strategic collaborations, similar to our successful relationship with Metso. We are confident that Telestack’s global leadership and innovative solutions will significantly enhance the services we offer our customers, driving forward our mission to deliver the best in the industry.”

Duo Group are known for their commitment to innovation and a customer-centric approach, qualities that are said to have flourished under the leadership of Martin McWilliams, as Duo Group’s director of sales, Padraig McDermott, explained: “Since Martin took the charge, our trajectory has been steadily upward. With partners like Telestack and Metso, we’ve been able to introduce big innovations.”

Duo Group, who offer complete turnkey bespoke material handling solutions, including design, manufacture, site assembly, and commissioning, say Telestack’s comprehensive range of bulk material handling and conveying solutions is ideal to complement and expand their own offering, with the partnership marking a strategic collaboration aimed at enhancing customer service and support in the region.

Carl Donnelly, international sales manager with Telestack, added: “We are delighted to welcome Duo Group to our global network of dealers. Their deep experience and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a perfect partner for Telestack as we grow in Great Britain. Together, we aim to offer top-quality material handling solutions and exceptional support.”

The new partnership is set to make a prominent debut at Hillhead 2024, where Duo Group will showcase Telestack’s impressive LF 520 low feeder – an innovative item of equipment that offers a significantly lower feed height for easy loading by wheel loaders, grab cranes, and excavators, and is well suited to constrained spaces with its rear feeding capability.

In tandem, Duo Group will also highlight Metso’s ground-breaking HRC (hydraulic roll crusher), a technology that stands out in the market for its efficiency and unique capabilities.
