dsb innocrush – highlights at the steinexpo 2014

The company dsb Maschinenbau GmbH with headquarters in Linz/Austria has specialized in the development and manufacture of mobile crushers with maximum performance and a throughput of 100 t/h to 600 t/h. The special features of the INNOCRUSH products from dsb are the rugged design without excess weight, the high mobility for quick commissioning and very easy operation and maintenance. An excellent performance, a good price-performance ratio as well as outstanding advisory service and optimum general service round off the package of the INNOCRUSH crushers from dsb. It goes without saying that extras, such as remote control, sprinkler system and service technicians for staff training, are all part of the basic package.

Together with the German sales partner Bauma Wert GmbH, dsb innocrush will again present some highlights at this year’s steinexpo. An INNOCRUSH 30 including the drive concept INNODRIVE as well as an INNOCRUSH 35 (Fig.) including mounted screening box INNOSCREEN 2 will be exhibited.

The INNOCRUSH 30 with the INNODRIVE drive concept is a directly driven crusher without coupling, i.e. there are no longer any coupling linings and no Visco coupling, which does not have any influence on the known high throughput of the machine. The INNODRIVE replaces the high-wear components that need a lot of maintenance. Furthermore, the machine is distinguished by its ultra-compact design and optimum accessibility to the hydraulic pump.

The INNOCRUSH 35 with the mounted screening box INNOSCREEN 2, which is directly driven by the crusher without any additional unit, delivers an exactly defined grain (Fig.). The oversize is returned to the cycle, is secondarily crushed and, consequently, has the required size. Normally, the INNOCRUSH 35 yields little oversize. Therefore, dsb innocrush also offers this option for the machine design from now on, if requested by the customer, i.e. an additional screening machine is no longer required at site, which is very advantageous for many customers.

The machines can be used for many applications. The recycling of demolition waste and the comminution of materials from quarries are only two examples. From hard rock, ore and coal, concrete and demolition waste up to asphalt - all materials can be crushed with a maximum throughput.
