Live, personal, practical - the trade fair duo RecyclingAKTIV & TiefbauLIVE offers civil engineering machinery a brilliant stage
Three new demonstration areas complement the trade fair offer
From 05 to 07 May, Messe Karlsruhe will be the venue for the third RecyclingAKTIV & TiefbauLIVE demonstration fair. On the 90,000 square metre outdoor exhibition area, around 180 exhibitors will present the latest equipment for all areas of recycling valuable materials as well as the entire spectrum of civil engineering machinery, especially for canal, road and path and compact construction. There, exhibitors will demonstrate their machines in action - either on their own stands or on one of the five demonstration areas. Among others, JCB, Kiesel, Wacker Neuson and MTS Schrode will be there.
Demonstration building sites show products live in practice
In the 90,000 square metre outdoor exhibition area, the new demonstration building site e-mobility in compact construction, gardening and landscaping is being created. Work such as earth transport and movement, compaction and path construction will be demonstrated live in six different construction fields, illustrating the advantages of e-mobile equipment in inner-city applications. Another new feature is the demonstration building site special heavy construction, which is being implemented under the leadership of trade fair partner VDBUM (The German Association oft he Building Industry, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering). Among other things, two rotary drilling rigs from Bauer, a vibratory pile driver and a sheet pile driver will be in live operation here. Parallel to this, a VDBUM industry meeting on the subject of special civil engineering will take place on Friday, 6 May 2022. Another highlight: the new area attachmen-arena. There, visitors can marvel at the versatility of the tool carrier in the use of demolition, recycling or soil preparation work in three thematic demonstrations per day in an action-packed show and find the perfect tool for more productivity in their own operations. The brilliant show setting will be optimally rounded off in terms of content by expert advisors who will provide information on the features and areas of application of the attachment. The demonstration building site conduit construction will also be back.
Moderated visitor tours for a condensed market insight
Five different tours, led by representatives of the partner associations, provide a condensed insight into current topics in the civil engineering, demolition and recycling industry and show practical solutions for challenges in everyday practice. During the tours, which are free of charge for visitors, two tours will be organised by the VDBUM on the main topics of construction process and construction site logistics and moderated on site.
Anticipation for the double fair is rising
"We are coming back fresher and with more innovations than ever before - I am looking forward to the fact that we have once again been able to sharpen our clear profile as a practical live demonstration trade fair with the new demonstration areas. These are so high-calibre, innovatively planned and designed to meet customer needs that we can hardly wait for their premieres in May. We are also looking forward to meeting the many joyful visitors with their heads full of ideas and the incentive to implement some of them directly "at home"," says project manager Olivia Hogenmüller. The success of this tradefair duo is also confirmed by the immense exhibitor interest: More than 90 percent of the exhibition space in the 90,000 square metre outdoor exhibition area and adjoining hall area has already been firmly booked. Most of the remaining stand areas have also been reserved through options.
