New Global Business Development and Sales Director

Terex|Finlay announced the appointment of Global Business Development and Sales Director, Rik Kiddle (Fig.). In his new role, Rik will be responsible for strategically driving business growth, increasing market share as well as identifying and developing new market opportunities on a global basis. He will lead the current Sales, Marketing and Distribution Development teams, be a key driver in new product development initiatives and work closely with the aftermarket and engineering departments within Terex|Finlay. With an engineering and design background, Rik joins the company from JCB, where he has held various UK & Export Sales and Marketing positions with increasing seniority. Latterly, he has been responsible for JCB’s focus on the Waste, Recycling and Demolition industries.
