With iEnterprise Rent (iE Rent) release, IRIUM SOFTWARE brings innovation to rental software. A fully reworked ergonomics, functionalities to accelerate rental companies’ response time, a new loans/leasing management module, but also improvements of iMob Check, the mobile app dedicated to rental companies. Everything has been done to align with the current economic changes moving toward more renting and less purchasing. “Regarding machinery use, habits are moving toward the use more than the ownership, so we have decided to concentrate our efforts on features dedicated to rental companies. With iE Rent, our rental customers will be better equipped to handle future economic changes,” explains Nicolas Crouzevialle, IRIUM SOFTWARE’s marketing director.

The ergonomics has been entirely reworked to allow a quicker access to the contracts, to edit delivery sheet and return sheet with more ease and to interact on the schedule. In a word, the aim is to accelerate the answer to customers’ requests.

IRIUM SOFTWARE also took the opportunity to launch a brand-new loans/leasing management module. The user will be able to create and control his funding plan for each of his machinery. This module will allow to follow the amortization schedules and to perform a simulation in case the asset is sold or changes happen in the loan.

Accountant’s productivity will also be improved. Indeed, in addition to the usual information about the contracts, the maintenance and the equipment profitability, they will be able to have a look at the fixed equipment record but also at all the information about its funding, from the accounting module.

Furthermore, iMob Check, the app for rental companies to check the departure/return of rented equipment on tablet, evolves as well. From now on, it allows the checking process of a departure in advance without any rental agreement, and it also allows to check subleased equipment.
