Flowrox Acquires Filter Manufacturer NovaTek

Flowrox Oy has acquired NovaTek AB, Swedish filtration technology company. This acquisition complements Flowrox’s product offering, including filter maintenance and spare parts services, and a growing variety of automation and accompanying services. “Flowrox aims to grow not only its existing core, valves and pumps business, but also selected strategic growth areas. With the acquisition of NovaTek, we are seeking to grow in the solid/liquid separation,” says Simo Manninen, Vice President of Marketing at Flowrox.

“We are convinced Flowrox is the best successor. Our customers will continue to receive the same products and services as before. Another advantage is Flowrox’s worldwide sales and service network with local experts close to the customers,” say Catarina and Robert Dellham, owners of NovaTek. NovaTek filters are preferred in metallurgical industries to filter cadmium, cobalt, chlorine, copper and selenium. They can also be used for several other applications, such as pigment separation and washing, and in power plants in the separation of gypsum.
