FRUTIGER presented, its plant MobyDick^® ONE 1000 at the steinexpo 2017. As of now, the innovative design allows new functions, besides the tried and tested range of optionally available accessories. This will increase the cleaning power once again and sustainably resolve the problem of public roads dirtied by construction and other vehicles. This is not least thanks to the expanded standard lengths of up to 20 m. Further convincing features were the modified driving profile and nozzle position, the innovation of the modular side and bottom nozzles, which can be changed at any time, as well as the flow-optimized geometry of the washing module developed in cooperation with the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH). Now, the slightly inclined angle profile also enables tracked vehicles to be washed on the plant.

Besides the wheel washing system, the fair visitors’ attention was also attracted by the modern dust suppression solutions of the MobyDick^® Cannon Line. The patented rustproof composite cone, which, thanks to its high-quality appearance and workmanship, can be aerodynamically shaped, convinces with simple handling and high mobility. This enables optimum spray mist with low energy consumption and reduced noise emissions. However, the pump, as the core of the system, was not neglected either. A high-quality pump for the 30/50/60/70 models is able to exert pressures of up to 22 bar, in order to produce a particularly high number of small droplets with low water consumption. All components are assembled on a galvanized frame and packed into a sturdy and easily accessible housing.
