Berlin Recycling and Raw Material Conference
Executives and experts of plant construction, disposal and raw material management, from science, politics and administration will meet for the sixth time at the Berlin Recycling and Raw Material Conference on 4th and 5th March 2013. The number of participants has increased from year to year. In the meantime the conference has become one of the most important events as regards the topic of resource protection with the focus on the recovery of raw materials from waste.
Executives and experts from science, from the practice of plant construction and operators, from authorities, consulting firms and chambers as well as from operational research and development will ensure a varied and highly interesting program.
The topics of the fifty lectures of the program cover a wide range. Current general topics will be dealt with during the plenary session of the first day:

During the second day you will have the possibility to select your personal conference program based on the comprehensive offer of three parallel events, which will be organized in such a way that a change between the lectures will be possible every half-hour:

• Metal recycling by means of refuse incineration

• WEEE, batteries, photovoltaic modules
• Criticality evaluation
The event will address executives and experts of project sponsors, plant constructions companies, plant operators, planners, engineering offices, chambers, consultants, authorities and scientific institutions, i.e. all those who deal with planning, erection and operations of plants as regards the engineering aspect as well as those who deal with issues of the raw material management and recycling from the scientific, economic, political and legal point of view. The number of participants has increased in the meantime to more than 300. Many of them say that it is one of the most important events as regards the contribution of recycling to the raw material management.
