Mobile unbalance vibratory conveyor

Dosiertechnik GmbH builds “feeders” for feeding production lines, sorting and processing plants. The feeder unit pictured (Fig.) essentially consists of a mobile steel structure with integrated supply tank and below this an unbalance vibratory conveyor and the attachment for the vibratory conveyor (red in the picture). The entire feeder unit is lined with 12 mm rubber to insulate any noise during the conveying of the steel-cast components. The axle bearing blanks, each weighing up to 30 kg, are tipped into the top supply tank with a dumper or a forklift with suitable dumper attachment. The vibratory conveyor conveys the products from the tank with linear vibrations so as to spread or even out the product flow. The feeder or the unbalance vibratory conveyor is controlled by means of a motor connection with integrated frequency control for infinite power regulation of the vibratory conveyor or product flow between 30 and 100 %. The complete feeder unit is mobile and can be easily transported to the required work site on steering and trestle rollers.
