Next to offices, a workshop, storage space and a restaurant, the building also houses a laboratory for automation solutions and conference rooms for as many as 120 people. Erected in ten months, the building features 2400 m² of effective floor area on three levels, with room for many as 80 workplaces; 45 employees are currently working at the site. Options to expand the building in future were already taken into account during the planning stages.
